TechMD conducts periodic audits for know-how consulting services to assist enhance the IT ecosystem and decrease unwanted expenses.Except for the prohibition on assignment contained while in the preceding sentence, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the advantages of the heirs, successors and assigns from the events hereto.Consultant
